Book a Lesson

Everyone deserves to feel confident, expressive, and alive in their body.

Dance isn’t just technique - it’s connection, it’s joy, it’s the most powerful way I know to awaken your body’s wisdom and reclaim your creative energy. Whether you want to dance for yourself, for performance, or for healing, I’m here to guide you into movement that feels like you.

Step Into Dance – Intro Special

I believe dance is more than movement - it’s a mirror.
It reveals what we believe about ourselves, how we show up in the world, and where our joy lives (or hides).

I didn’t step into teaching just to pass on steps.
I stepped into it because I know what it feels like to question your body, to crave self-expression, and to wonder if it’s too late to feel at home in your skin.

My greatest joy is watching someone - maybe you - rediscover what’s been inside you all along.

That YES moment.
That surge of confidence.
That playful spark that makes you think, “I didn’t know I could feel this good again.”

Dance has changed my life, and I teach because I want it to change yours too.

Dance should meet you where you are - not where the world says you should be.

I don’t believe in cookie-cutter instruction, rigid roles, or pressure to be “performance ready.”

I believe in real learning that comes from curiosity, not criticism.
In movement that’s expressive, not performative.
And in honoring your body as it is today — strong, soft, sore, scared, excited, or all of the above.

In our lessons, I’ll always meet you with warmth, patience, and respect. I’ll adjust the pace, the style, even the playlist — because this is about you feeling empowered in your own skin.

And if you’re nervous? Good. That means you care.
All I ask is that you show up with a willingness to explore. I’ll take care of the rest.

You don’t need to be “a dancer.” You just need to be you.

I’ve taught competitive athletes and complete beginners. Young adults figuring out their confidence. Couples preparing for their first dance. And people who are just done sitting on the sidelines—who want to feel confident enough to ask someone to dance (or say yes when asked!) without worrying about looking silly.

But most of my students? They’re regular people who just want to move better, feel freer, and learn something new.

You might come to me because:

  • You want to finally feel at ease on a dance floor

  • You’re prepping for a wedding, vacation, or special event

  • You’re tired of sitting on the sidelines while others dance

  • You want to reconnect with your body in a positive, empowering way

You don’t need rhythm “built-in.” You don’t need a partner.
You just need a little courage, a little curiosity — and someone who believes you can do this.

That’s where I come in. 💛

My Dance Story

I’m not just a dancer - I’m a performer, a teacher, a coach, and a lifelong student of the body.

Over the past ten years, I’ve trained across a wide range of styles - from ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, and modern… to flamenco, folklórico, hip-hop, and partnership dances like salsa, bachata, country two-step, swing, and ballroom.

But for me, dance has never just been about learning steps. It’s been about freedom. Expression. Belonging. And helping others find that through movement is what I love most.

Ballroom Instructor + Social Dance Coach
I teach private ballroom lessons through Dance Life Studio and choreograph for social events like weddings, quinceañeras, and parties. Whether you're learning for your big day, your first showcase, or your Friday night out - I’ll help you feel confident, connected, and expressive. You don’t need a partner (or experience) to start.

Performer + Choreographer Across Stages
I’ve performed and choreographed in full musicals like Evita, Chicago, Sweet Charity, Jekyll and Hyde, and Rocky Horror Show. You may have seen me dance at Fiesta Noche del Rio or Six Flags Fiesta Texas. I’ve also choreographed duets, performance teams, and creative showcases across genres. My choreography blends technique with storytelling - and my feedback helps students bring their own stories to life.

From Gymnast to Whole-Body Movement Educator
Before dance, I spent six years as a competitive gymnast. That foundation gave me deep body awareness, strength, and flexibility - and it shaped how I teach movement today. I’m also trained in Pilates and dedicated to strength training, injury prevention, and functional movement that supports every student’s body.

Plant-Based Athlete + Functional Wellness Advocate
My training doesn’t stop at the studio door. I’ve studied plant-based nutrition and functional wellness to support sustainable energy, recovery, and vitality - because dance should support your health, not drain it. I bring this lens into my teaching with real-life, balanced strategies that help you feel strong inside and out.

Creating a New Kind of Dance Space
I grew up in ballet culture - where comparison, pressure, and perfectionism were the norm. And I made a promise: when I became a teacher, I would create something different. A space rooted in kindness, respect, adaptability, and growth. Whether you're a total beginner or an experienced dancer returning to the floor, my goal is the same - help you feel seen, celebrated, and strong in your body.
